M*STAR consist of 4 elements which are:
Professional Qualification
Employee will be sent for training based on Domain Competency with a professional body
Proficiency Certification
Based of project needs and purposes, employees are to attend specific courses (eg: Six Sigma, P-CMM, CMMi) to develop their knowledge and skills
Personal Competency Development
Relates to Intellectual Property (IP) which will be rewarded accordingly for commercialized IP
Education Programme
Employees are encourage to pursue higher education (Degree, Master or PhD) under specific University that has MOU with MIMOS, under full scholarship. Upon completion, the employee will be bonded with MIMOS
